EverFi

Kevin Kevin Anderson  - Senior Vice President of Partnerships
After working as an investment banker, government administrator, CFO of a development company, and CEO of a non-profit, Kevin has admitted that there aren’t enough challenging things to do in this world. Kevin brings an extensive skill set in program management and development. Upon leaving Philadelphia after one to many cheesesteaks in 1996, Kevin returned to his native Washington, DC for work in Mayor Anthony Williams’ administration. Kevin helped establish a $120mm investment fund for the Jair Lynch Companies, and established D.C.’s workforce housing land trust which created over 100 units of affordable housing in the District during his tenure. Kevin works in business development and spends his time finding major sponsors and developing partnerships in major cities. Kevin is a graduate of Stanford University and spends his time with his wife, daughter, and twin sons fervently praying for Washington’s sports franchises.

Ryan BohnRyan Bohn  - Director, Texas
Ryan was born and raised in the heart of Texas. He grew up with burnt orange in his blood and attended The University of Texas from 2000 to 2004. Since graduating from UT, Ryan has seen quite a few places and called many of them home. He has a serious love of travel and enjoys nothing more than meeting new people and building personal relationships. In 2008, Ryan returned to Texas from Washington, DC where he has immersed himself into Austin's vastly growing tech scene. Ryan has a serious passion for innovative companies and when he heard of Everfi he insisted that we bring him on board to expand Everfi into Texas and the surrounding states. As the Director of Partner Development for Texas, Ryan will be dedicated to providing sponsorship to our local Texas schools.

ChrisChris Brady - Director of Business Development

Chris came to EverFi with many local ties and a passion for selling in the DC start up world. After graduating from Salisbury Univerity with a History degree, most of his time has been spent either at the beach or selling daily deals for LivingSocial. He joins the Fi to help build out the inside sales team here in D.C. Hailing from Annapolis, living the good life alongside the water and attending almost every Redskins game in recent years is the norm for outside the office activities. Having never spent more than 3 weeks away from Maryland or D.C. means he is here to stay and develop the inside sales team.

BethBeth Carroll  - Vice President, Strategic Partnerships
Beth runs all school and partner operations in the South. She spent the last 13 years as Managing Director with Davidson Capital Group running their Southeast office and investment banking initiatives for companies nationwide. Prior to moving to the great South, Beth had an extensive career in Special Events and Marketing at Viacom International in New York. She was responsible for the large corporate advertising relationships for MTV Networks, VH-1 and Nickelodeon. The best part of the job was running the corporate skybox at Madison Square Garden in the 80's where she doubled her friendship base due to the fact that she held the tickets to everything from the BullsKnicks games to Madonna and Fleetwood Mac concerts to the Best in Show Dog events, and sometimes, the combination thereof.

TimTim Convey  - Vice President
Tim is stationed in the DC Office. After graduating from Georgetown University and simultaneously retiring from his soccer career there, he had to find something to channel his energy and passion towards. EverFi and its mission of helping students to master critical life skills that are vital to their development fit the bill perfectly. Tim still enjoys recreation soccer and basketball, but with Tom Davidson's strict vacation/free time policy Tim rarely gets an opportunity to play.

Andrew DanaAndrew Dana  - Director of Business Development
Andrew Dana was born and bred in Washington, D.C. While he moved south of the Mason Dixon line to attend the College of Charleston and tried out the whole “hipster” thing in Brooklyn while receiving an MBA from Fordham Univeristy, he is finally back in his hometown to work at EverFi as a Regional Account Manager. When not in the office or singing along to his favorite R&B songs in the car, Andrew is known to play basketball for hours on end. Although he might not have the skill or fame of Shaq, he does share the same insatiable appetite…especially for pizza. Thin crust, deep dish, delivery or DiGiorno: he is an equal opportunity pizza pie eater.

JdavidsonJennifer Davidson  - Regional Vice President, Higher Education
After graduating from Centre College, Jennifer learned to make a mean Bloody Mary while tending bar in Lexington. Jennifer collected enough in tips to indulge her love of travel by spending a year in Madrid, Spain teaching English and sampling the best tapas in the world. She returned home to Louisville where she earned her MBA from Bellarmine University. After spending six years in education financing, Jennifer met her true match – employer that is, with EverFi. She’s happily blazing a trail along the Midwest corridor improving student success and retention while dreaming about her next big travel adventure.

CwCW Estoff  - Regional Vice President, Higher Education
After graduating from Bowdoin College with an A.B. in Government and Legal Studies, C.W. decided to put his degree to good use and spent five years working on Capitol Hill trying to solve the nation’s problems. He then realized it might be easier to navigate a career in higher education, so he took a job at Erie Community College in his hometown of Buffalo, NY. After three years and no Super Bowl or Stanley Cup victories, he moved to Boston looking for better options in local sports teams, and found EverFi. C.W. received his M.B.A. from the University at Buffalo and was inducted to the Beta Gamma Sigma international business honor society, which is the closest he would ever get to joining a fraternity.

TaylorTaylor Keen  - Senior Account Manager, Higher Education
Keen on the EverFi scene! Taylor always knew she wanted to be in the business world, but didn't think the world of Corporate Finance and Accounting could handle her quick wit and sense of humor. During her time at Bentley, Taylor began her career in Higher Ed and love for start-ups at one of her internships. After graduating from Bentley with a degree in Marketing & International Studies, she honed her email marketing and sales skills before joining the Partner Development team of EverFi. Taylor enjoys helping colleges and universities bring EverFi programs to campus and spends too much time on Twitter.

CodyCody Lycke  - Director, Midwest
Cody was raised in the central Iowa town of Buckeye, IA (pop. 80). To this day, he still suffers from mild anxiety anytime he is in the presence of more than 100 people at the same time. For this reason, everyone agreed it’s best for him to remain in IA and work from EverFi’s Des Moines office. Cody is a graduate of Upper Iowa University, where he majored in Communications and was also part of the (intimidating) Peacock’s basketball and football teams. He has spent time working as a sales rep for Fastenal Company and a marketing consultant for Dex One. When not traveling throughout the Midwest, Cody enjoys a leisurely round of bogey golf, bass fishing or a good movie. Cody is thrilled to be part of the EverFi team and won’t stop working until every Midwestern student becomes EverFi Certified.

RayRay Martinez  - Executive Vice President, Partner Development
To the delight of the EverFi team and the dismay of his lower back, Ray has traveled across the country to meet with superintendents, principals, financial institutions and Fortune 500 Company CEO’s, Governors, and other community leaders. These body sacrificing drives and flights have brought the EverFi - Financial Literacy program to thousands of communities throughout the country. Ray was one of the founding team members at EverFi and has been a featured speaker and guest at numerous banking and state-level teacher conferences. Before joining EverFi, Ray successfully managed cutting-edge supplemental education programs for Kaplan, Inc. in San Francisco, Sacramento, Dallas, Northern Virginia, Los Angeles, and San Diego. Ray is a graduate of Bowdoin College. When the stars align he can be found fly-fishing the pristine rivers out West.

CraigCraig Noto  - Regional Vice President, Higher Education
Craig works on EverFi's partner development team to facilitate new partnerships within higher education and beyond. Before originally moving to Boston and joining the Outside The Classroom team back in 2006, Craig spent 3 years working for a packaging distributer in upstate New York upon graduating from Skidmore College. In his free time, Craig enjoys playing basketball, hiking and engaging in heated discussions in the lunchroom.

Tyhler RayeTyhler Raye - Senior Vice President of Partnerships
Tyhler is a born and raised cheesehead and a die-hard Packer fan who left the frozen tundra after high school in search of any place warmer. Since then, her passion for education, technology and media have taken her all over the U.S. Prior to coming to EverFi, Tyhler led the non-profit partnership group at NBC News in New York City, with a focus on education initiatives including Education Nation and NBC Learn. Before NBC, she founded a business development start-up in Silicon Valley, worked on the hit TV show “ER” in Los Angeles, consulted at Deloitte Consulting and pulled her fair share of all-nighters as an investment banker in New York City. Tyhler earned her bachelors degree in mathematics from Northwestern University and her MBA from Cornell University. She currently resides in Arlington, VA with her husband and two very active little boys.

Fred ScottFred Scott - Regional Vice President, Higher Education
Fred was born in the in Chicago area, and has lived there most of his life (he could not be away from the Chicago Bears, Bulls and White Sox for too long). Fred did leave the Chicago to attend Xavier University in New Orleans, where he received his degree in Business Administration. He has worked in education for over 8 years for Discovery Education, Blackboard, LiveText, and now EverFi. Besides watching Chicago sports, Fred spends time with his twin children (girl and boy). He has made it his mission for them to be lifelong Chicago Bears, Bulls and White Sox fans!

DanDan Sinnott  - Vice President, Higher Education
Dan joined the EverFi team during the early years in 2002 and was aboard for nearly 6 years. After a 3-year stint away from the company working to help Larry Ellison buy his island in Hawaii at Oracle Corporation, Dan rejoined the EverFi team in June 2011 and serves as the Vice President for Partner Development for the Higher Education team. During his absence the lower decibel level in the office helped increase everyone's productivity. When he came back, and in an effort to maintain everyone's piece of mind, the server room seemed like a logical place for his desk. Truth be told, Dan missed the people at EverFi and the deeply personal connection he has to the social mission tied our daily activity. He earned a Bachelor's degree from Purdue University, lives in southern NH with his wife and three children, and recently completed the Boston marathon as a part of the American Liver Foundation team.

RyanRyan Swift  - Vice President
Ryan came out of retirement to join the EverFi team in the spring of 2010. We knew that anyone foolish enough to leave the comfort and relaxing lifestyle of a retiree to work for a start-up with no processes in place and no guarantee of regular work was an ideal fit for the EverFi team! Before joining EverFi, Ryan successfully managed cutting edge supplemental education programs for Kaplan, Inc.in the Washington, DC area for nine years. Ryan has a Bachelor of Arts degree as well as Masters degrees in Social Work and Business from Boston College. Ryan will be a key reserve for the EverFi Corporate Basketball team and his playing style has often been compared with Dennis Rodman, except without the rebounds and defensive ability.

EvanEvan Willingham  - Senior Schools Manager
Through his 17 years in the North Carolina education system, culminating with a diploma from the University of North Carolina, Evan earned recognition for his ability to lean back in his chair (no falls), whisper louder than most and acquire the nickname "Laguna" without ever stepping foot on a surfboard. After reflecting on these achievements, Evan decided that EverFi would give him an opportunity to contribute to his home state. Luckily, EverFi agreed. When he's not espousing the virtues of Bojangles' spicy chicken biscuit or complaining about the number of Duke graduates in the office, Evan works with schools throughout North Carolina to deliver EverFi's online learning platforms to its students.
